Bosaneth View is a self contained holiday flat and although private, is neighboured with the owner's house. From its windows there are spectacular rural views of a broad southerly vista towards Trebah and Glendurgan Gardens and the Lizard, with Goonhilly to the west.

Bosaneth View has very efficient solar water heating, with a back up electric immersion heater. The owner subscribes to a green electricity provider ensuring a certain quota comes from wind farms.

In all, a comfortable, convenient holiday retreat in peaceful and glorious surroundings.

Local Services: The entrance to Treworval Farm is about mid-way between Mawnan Smith and Constantine, both of which have good village shops, post offices and restaurants. From Bosaneth View there are delightful country walks through tranquil pasture and shady woodland. Further afield are Helford Passage and Port Navas boating centres, that can be reached by car.
