Only 10-15 minutes walk to Llandeilo market Town, and the River Towy, situated in a private area. Ty Menyn is a newly converted outbuilding formaly known to the locals as 'The Butter House', it is now a comfortable character cottage completely self contained and well furnished, located behind the owners family home.

Off the entrance is a cloakroom then a well equipped Kitchen/Diner, Lounge with multi-fuel stove, Freeview TV, selection of reading material. The Ground floor bedroom has wet-room. The first floor has two double rooms, one double/twin room. All bedrooms are ensuite. All bedrooms have wall mounted HD ready flat screen TV's.

Outside there is a courtyard area, if you want rolling meadows this is not for you, the area is a mediteranian style courtyard where you can take in the Welsh air or even have a Barbeque! Although kids can enjoy Dinefwr Park and Castle just up the road!

For Cyclists we have a safe lock up area and for walkers and fishermen we have outdoor wash/dry facilities.

Directions

From end of M4 Jct49 take 1st exit A48 to Crosshands: Continue to roundabout take 3rd exit A476 sign posted Llandeilo, travel approx 6 miles until you find mini roundabout at Ffairfach, take 1st exit on left, A483 leading to Llandeilo Town. Drive right through town down to roundabout take 2nd exit towards Llandovery A40, you are now in sight of Brynmorfa the owners family home, stay on this road Ty Menyn is approx 200yards on left at the row of houses.

A40 Traveller. Ty Menyn can be found behind 'Brynmorfa' the owners family home on the main A40, approx 200 yards before the roundabout westbound or 200 yards after the roundabout eastbound, just before/after Rhosmaen.
