This large farmhouse, a much loved second home, will comfortably sleep eight people. There are four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sitting room and a reading room, a dining room perfect for long, languishing meals, a traditional farmhouse kitchen with AGA, a pretty orchard style garden and plenty of outside seating space.

Add to this the beautiful views of Restronguet Creek, the close proximity to both the city of Truro, the harbour side town of Falmouth and the many wonderful gardens and you have a wonderful base from which to enjoy both the South and North coasts of Cornwall. Mylor Harbour (five miles) offers boat moorings, restaurants, a cafe and water sports and even closer to home, Loe Beach (less than a mile) has a great water sports centre.

A five minute stroll from the farmhouse leads you down to Penpol creek and boatyard. In fact there are many wonderful walks in the vicinity, from which you can enjoy this unspoilt area of Cornwall.
