The Annexe at Oxbourne House was originally a "Granny Flat" so separate from the main house but part of the main building. It is on the ground floor with an entrance through an alleyway or via the French windows into the sitting room.

It has an L-shaped sitting/dining room with a sofa/bed, small sofa, digital TV., dining table and 4 chairs. The separate kitchen has ample cupboards and is fully equipped for cooking and eating with an electric cooker, microwave, bread maker, fridge/freezer etc.

The double bedroom has a large built in cupboard, and dressing table with an en suite shower room with WC., basin and extra large walk in level shower. A third person could sleep on the sofa bed or a folding bed which can be hidden behind the sofa!

The sitting room looks out over the lovely garden with tennis court and guests are welcome to eggs from our hens in the garden.

The Annexe at Oxbourne House is perfectly situated in the heart of Shakespeare Country, close to the beautiful North Cotswolds
and only 15 minutes from Stratford-upon-Avon.

Directions

Oxhill lies half way between Stratford-upon-Avon and Banbury.

From Stratford take the A422:
After leaving Pillerton Priors take the first turning to the right signposted to Oxhill and continue for about one mile. Turn right into the village and continue going straight up the Whatcote Road. Oxbourne House is the last house on the right just before the back of the 30 mph signs.
