There is a private footpath to the highly acclaimed blue flag beach of Putsborough/Woolacombe and use of the private tennis court.
Putsborough is a beautifully unspoilt hamlet of listed buildings in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty surrounded by Natioanl Trust land with breathtaking views and numerous walks.
The popular surfing meccas of Croyde and Saunton Sands are a few minutes drive away, there is a green lane to Croyde approx 3/4 mile. Woolacombe is also close by, either a short drive or a leisurely walk along the beach.
Locally facilities include excellent golf courses, horse riding, boat fishing hire, clay pigeon shooting, Lundy Island ferry trips from Ilfracombe, adventure and children's parks nearby and National Trust Properties to visit to name but a few!
The beautiful and dramatic landscape of Exmoor is also close by. The coast line is rich in beautiful towns and villages to visit.
The cottage has a comfortable spacious lounge with dining table with lovely aspects overlooking the fantastic garden, with small kitchen area off and door leading to garden.
Clean recently fitted bathroom with bath and electric shower over. Cosy bedroom with twin beds, fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. The cottage has gas central heating and a gas fire in the lounge.

By Car - M5: Take Junction 27 then take A361 to Barnstaple, stay on A361 to Braunton then B3231 through Saunton to Croyde. From centre of Croyde take road signposted Putsborough Beach, follow this road for approx 1.5 miles at 'T' junctiopn turn right and drive downhill before the ford turn left on private road and you have arrived at Garden Cottage at Putsborough Manor. |
