Cartmel is great for exploring the Lake District and is easily accessible by train (Grange, two miles away is on the main Preston, Lancaster, Manchester and Manchester Airport line.
It is only two minutes walk to all the pubs, restaurants and village shops in Cartmel.
The cottage itself is beautifully decorated and furnished with dark wood floors and sash windows and has gas central heating.

Post code for satnav is LA11 6PP. Situated a few miles off the A590 Barrow road: Exit the M6 at junction 36 and take the A590 towards Barrow. Turn off the A590 at the sign for Cartmel and then follow the CArtmel signs. Once in the village turn right at the Spar shop and then Barngarth is the first road on the right. Ard Na Graine is about 100 yards on the right. By rail its only two miles from Gange, where there are taxis and a bus service. |
