Terry Holt Cottage

Dating from the 17th Century Terry Holt is a lovely 1 bed stone built cottage located in the Rural Coastal village of Branscombe. It is surrounded by beautiful National Trust Land and is Ideal to explore the many scenic walks. A ten minute path leads you down to the beach.

This cosy and newly refurbished Cottage was completed to a high standard in June 2008 and is ideally positioned in the centre of the village and is near the award winning Mason Arms Public House, renowned for its 2 AA Rosette Dining. Three National Trust Properties, the Old Bakery Tea House, The Manor Mill; and the Old Forge (All thatched) are within walking distance.

Many old Victorian picturesque Coastal Villages like Beer and Sidmouth are close by.
