The house, which occupies one of the largest sites in Findhorn, has a big enclosed back garden where children can play in safety.
Monessie is a few seconds' walk from the bay, and 10 minutes away from the village's glorious sandy beaches. Just down the road are two excellent pubs, The Kimberley and the Crown and Anchor, which both serve good food. There are other cafes in the village, as well as a general store and post office.
Our grandfather bought Monessie 60 years ago when he retired, and it remains very much a family home with its own individual character - ideal for anyone who enjoys a traditional British seaside holiday.
