Carey Gate provides an ideal base for Bude beaches, Sight Seeing, Attractions and plenty of Outdoor Pursuits locally for all ages including very young children all year round.
With 3 bedrooms and a Conservatory with a second television, the Cottage more often appeals to 2, 3 or 4 Guests who welcome the space although it can happily accommodate 6.
Guests are offered the chance to join in with Feeding the Farm Animals if they wish.
Carey Gate is the ideal location for exploring North Cornwall and North West Devon at any time of the year. It is approximately 5 miles from the A30, 4 miles from Launceston, just within the Devon border and within easy reach of several sandy beaches at Bude.
The cottage offers the following:
A large Garden for Guests' sole use with Roundabout, Trampoline, Swing and See saw, as well as room for Football.
Three bedrooms: Double, twin and adult bunks. A cot, highchair and stair gate are all available.
There are 2 Bathrooms - one with shower, one with bath.
Two sitting rooms - one in the form of conservatory overlooking the fields, one with a wood burner stove.
Two televisions, Freeview, VCR with large selection of films, DVD, good selection of children's games and books.
There is free WI FI broadband access in the cottage for Guests who wish to bring their own laptop.
A well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, cooker etc.
There are NO HIDDEN EXTRAS TO PAY, heating, linen, wifi, 1 dog allowed, electricity and 15% VAT are included.

A Choice of Water sports all year round (weather dependent) on a nearby lake 7 miles away to include dinghy hire, rowing boats and Canadian canoes.
From end March/ early April onwards there are outward bound adventure activities, mountain boarding, plenty of coastal water sports and coastal boat trips for pleasure or fishing.
Shopping - Plymouth, or at quality markets in Tavistock or a choice of large outlet retail villages.
Fun Parks, Steam Railways, Animal Parks and other Attractions are always popular and of course a good choice of sandy beaches, within easy reach from the cottage for Sea, Surf, and Seaside Fun.
There are also several National Trust Properties, Museums and various Gardens open to the public.

Various November and December offers on website. Often Last Minute Short Breaks discounted. November and December Weekend Breaks on Offer - ideal for Sight Seeing, Outdoor Interests, Beach Walks, Relaxation, Animal Feeding. Throughout December there are Special Pre Christmas Weekend Breaks which coincide with superb seasonal events at popular visitor Attractions and are ideal for those that fancy a mini break but like to be at home for Christmas itself. Christmas Week has become re available due to a cancellation and has been substantially discounted in price. Or enjoy a 4 Night Short Break during Christmas School Holidays.
