Conveniently situated for touring the whole of the west coast of Scotland, this fully modernised, comfortable, semi-detached property has been carefully created from the original stone byre, retaining its thick stone walls and featuring heavy timber roof beams.

Everything has been thought of for holidaymakers' comfort, including caring for your dog which can be looked after in the boarding kennels run by the owners next to the cottage. This will allow you a relaxing break while you go out for an evening meal, tour in the car or take a ferry to a local island for the day. Reasonable boarding rates apply.

On the 7-acres of surrounding farm and grassland there are two lochans. The nearby village of Taynuilt has very good facilities including a railway station, making it possible to leave the car and take the train to Oban or further afield, as well as an inter-city bus service to Oban-Glasgow-Perth.
