As you might expect in a quaint cottage the accommodation is compact with a livingroom, double bedroom, kitchen and shower room - all updated to fit today's tourist requirements. The kitchen has all the appliances you would expect in a modern home. Upstairs there is a light and airy attic room that sleeps two.
The cottage is centrally situated in beautiful Broughty Ferry, Dundee's prestigious sea-side suburb. Broughty Ferry is that perfect mixture of the traditional Scottish village with a modern city suburb where you can eat at a variety of restaurant types, drink in its famous pubs - from the quaint low-ceiling, real ale pubs to modern wine bars with up-market food and shop at all of the usual stores you expect (including a Marks and Spencer Food Store) or at the many independent shops that make Broughty Ferry unique.
