Our traditional working sheep farm is situated at 1200' above sea level, on the quiet, unspoiled western side of the Peak District National Park. We enjoy excellent open countryside with far-reaching views over the Cheshire Plain to the Welsh mountains.

Our holiday cottages are ideally located for exploring the magnificent scenery of the Peak District and Cheshire, as well as for visiting the stately homes in the area, such as Chatsworth House. For ideas, see the ‘Things To Do’ page on our website.

The cottages can be booked singly or together to accommodate 10 people. Both cottages are lovely two story barn conversions, renovated to a very high standard. The interiors are spacious and retain many original features. Both benefit from luxurious under floor heating.

CROFT COTTAGE sleeps 6: Accommodation consists of:
  • Lounge with integral kitchen/dining room
  • Bathroom with power shower over bath
  • 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin and 1 bunk.

    MEADOW COTTAGE sleeps 4: Accommodation consists of:
  • Lounge with integral kitchen/dining room
  • Bathroom with power shower over
  • 2 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin

    Services to both cottages include oil central heating/under floor heating, all fuel and power, bed linen and towels included in rent. Large colour TV with free-view channels, DVD player, microwave, patio, garden furniture, and plenty of off-road parking. Cots, highchairs and stair gates are available upon request.
