Combesgate House is an attractive Edwardian property divided into two spacious self-contained apartments. Each apartment has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeping 7 or 8 people.

Combesgate House is in a superb location on the North Devon Coastal Path overlooking attractive Combesgate Beach, a lovely cove with sandy beach and rockpools to explore. The Blue Flag award winning Woolacombe sands are just a short walk away, making it an ideal family holiday location.

Combesgate House is in an ideal position for exploring the beautiful area of North Devon. This beautiful Heritage Coast is attractive to walkers and there are many pretty villages nearby to explore, such as Croyde, Georgeham and Lee. Exmoor National Park is an easy drive away and Lynton and Lynmouth and Lorna Doone country are a must to explore.

For garden lovers, there are many North Devon gardens to visit, including RHS Garden at Rosemoor and Marwood Hill gardens near Barnstaple.
