Hopefield Cottage is situated down a quiet country lane in the charming village of Underriver. Set in gardens of 3 acres with lovely views.

The cottage is bright and airy with two bedrooms, kitchen and sitting room. The bedrooms are 1 double with ensuite shower and 1 twin with ensuite bath/shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday use, including all crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric hob and oven. Iron, ironing board and washline.

The sitting room has a sofabed, 32" Digital TV, DVD player and CD/radio. There is a lovely large patio outside with garden furniture and gas BBQ, ideal for enjoying the woodland setting.

We are within easy driving distance of many National Trust properties, wonderful hiking routes and a very easy rail journey to London. Easy access from the M25 and M20.

Parking for two cars is available and cycle storage.

Shopping in Sevenoaks, Tunbridge Wells, Blue Water and Lakeside all within easy driving distance.
