Grapes Cottage is an enchanting semi-detached cottage located in the delightful Georgian market town of Cockermouth, in one of the most historic areas of the town. This newly renovated former Inn still retains its period charm. The cottage sleeps six people in two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. Just over the road is the famous Bitter End pub with its own brewery where their beer is brewed.

Grapes Cottage has a light and airy feel achieved through the beautiful decoration and furnishings as well as through the retention of the period features such as the exposed beams in the second floor master bedroom. The cottage is fully equipped with everything which you would need in a self catering holiday property.

Cockermouth is located at the confluence of the rivers Cocker and Derwent; the town also has a number of popular visitor attractions such as: Wordsworth House, Jennings Brewery, The Sheep and Wool Centre, The Castlegate Gallery and the Kirkgate Centre. All of this makes Cockermouth the ideal place for both a quite and relaxing break and a hectic sight-seeing holiday. Cockermouth is only a 12 mile drive from Keswick and approximately 10 minutes drive from the ever popular Lakes of Bassenthwaite, Loweswater and Buttermere.
