Detached Victorian cottagewhich sleeps 9 + cot. The cottage has stunning views overlooking sea/harbour of Mevagissey, nestled on Polkirt Hill, positioned in the village with a range of restaurants, inns and shops close to hand.

There are numerous beaches to visit within less than a mile of the property such as Portmellon, Polstreath, Pentewan sands, Gorran Haven close by. Eden project, Lost Gardens of Heligan are a short distance as well as Fowey accessed from the harbour on a ferry, Charlestown with huge ships anchored. Lots to explore. The house is in a conservation area and coastal paths and cycling, diving and golf are all accessible.

The property if fully re-furbished with all modern facilities dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave etc.

There are four king sized beds two are four posters and a single bed and cot. TV is in all rooms.
