Cathy and Paul welcome you to our recently refurbished, cosy, holiday home, within the relaxing Freshwater Bay Holiday Village (also known as Trewent Park).

We are just a 3 minute stroll from the safe sandy beach, (backed by sand-dunes) of Freshwater East. The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path runs past the perimeter of the site.

Beachtop is nestled in a sheltered valley, facing east towards the sea with a bright outlook over the valley and sand dunes. There is a sea view from the front double bedroom.

The downstairs is open plan living, comprising sitting, dining and kitchen areas which include a leather suite, large table and chairs, fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, fan, microwave oven, refrigerator with full shelf ice compartment, toaster, iron/board, flat screen TV with Sky Freeview, DVD/CD players, hoover and games.
Heating is provided by electric radiator with timer and electric wood burning effect stove.

Upstairs are two bedrooms and bathroom.
Bedroom 1 has a double 4'6" bed, chest of drawers, bedside lamps, wardrobe and wall mounted electric radiator with timer. Hair drier and alarm clocks.
Bedroom 2 has two 2' 6" full length divan beds, set of drawers, shoe rack, open clothes hanging space and wall mounted electric radiator with timer.
Bathroom with bath and shower above, electric shaver point, extractor fan, electric towel rail and wall mounted fan heater.

There are also 4 deckchairs for your use.
Parking space is provided in front of the property.

Electricity and bed linen are included in the weekly tariff.
There is a public house on site called the Longhouse with bar and restaurant in season. There are several other inns within 3 miles.

The Area.
Freshwater East is within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, there are many walks nearby, surfing in the winter, fishing is popular in the evenings. Other places of interest include Tenby, Manorbier, Barafundle beach, Broadhaven south, Bosherston Lily Ponds, Lamphey Palace, Pembroke Castle, Caldey Island.
Other places of interest include Folly Farm, Oakwood, Ritec Valley Quad bike centre, Manor Park.

South Pembrokeshire is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy peace and quiet, fresh air and its abundant wildlife.

Directions

From Carmarthen take A40 west towards Pembroke Dock.At St Clears roundabout bear left onto the A477 Tenby road.Continue on this road towards Pembroke Dock passing Llanteg, Kilgetty until Milton is reached.Turn left at Milton farm shop onto a minor road, continue towards Lamphey, turning right at hilltop.In lamphey village turn left,past church over bridge turn right then immediately left onto the B4584 to Freshwater East.Turn right at village, down Trewent hill.
Pass car park and over small bridge, Freshwater holiday village is on your right.Turn in, drive past wooden coloured houses, Beachtop No 39 is a little way in, on your left.
