Cosy, and nicely furnished to a high standard throughtout for non smokers, offering 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Poppy Cottage is located in the centre of this thriving coastal village, just on the boaders of Norfolk and Suffolk.

1st floor one double bedroom with kingsize four poster bed, dressed in white lace with en-suite bathroom. One single bedroom.

Ground floor- Twin bedroom with patio doors opening onto garden. Ground floor shower room, with power shower, hand basin and W/C. Main Sitting room - wide screen T.V. and digital top box offering extra channels. D.V.D player. Open brick fire place with electric wood burning stove. Fully equipped kitchen/diner, including dishwasher (tablets provided), washing machine, fridge freezer, gas cooker and microwave.

The cottage is fully carpeted and has central heating throughtout. All bed linen, except cot bedding is provided. Gas and electric is included in the price.

On request at no extra cost - Travel cot, stair gate, high chair and booster cushion. Fully enclosed lawned garden with patio area, garden furniture. Personal supervision, quality assured. Sorry we are unable to accept Pets.


You will find a grocer stores, hair dressers, post office, church and pub with a large family restaurant all within a 5 min; walk. During the main season Easter - end of October only, there is also available in the village a fish and chip shop and Chinese restaurant.

Parking is outside the cottage on the road, there are no parking restrictions.
