The cottage has a sitting room with 2 sofas, flat screen TV-DVD, guide books and other reading materials. The Kitchen-Diner has hand made units with granite worksurfaces, table and chairs, gas oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, HIFI.
Bedroom 1 has kingsized bed frame with VI-Spring mattress, wardrobe, bedside chests, lamps, mirror, hair drier.
Bedroom 2 has twin VI-Spring divan beds, wardrobe, bedside chest, lamps, chair, mirror, hair drier.
Bedroom 3 has single bed frame with VI-Spring mattress, wardrobe, bedside chest, lamp, mirror.
Both bathrooms have power showers over baths, WCs, basins, shaver points. Bathroom 2 houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.
All heating, water and electricity are included.
Please note that the stairs leading up to the 1st floor bedrooms and bathrooms are original 'cottage' stairs and are a little steep compared to modern staircases.
There is a small, south-facing front garden with benches and a covered rear courtyard for meals 'al-fresco'
