A very comfortable and beautifully renovated, superb Grade 11 Listed 16thc working Water Mill, with excellent Trout and Salmon Fishing on the banks of The River Usk near the small attractive town of Usk.

Prioress Mill Cottage sleeps 6 plus cot, 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is built to a very high standard with a Welsh Dresser, a four ring gas hob, a double oven, an electric cooker, microwave, a double sink, dishwasher, fridge freezer and a washer/dryer.

There is a dining room with dining table and chairs and a sitting room with a featured gas fire, comfortable sofas and chairs and SKY TV with a digi box, DVD, CD and radio. Downstairs bathroom with a large corner bath and a separate shower and WC.

Upstairs to three bedrooms, bedroom 1 has a double bed and an en suite shower room and WC. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a hand basin. Bedroom 3 has two single beds and a travel cot.

    Prioress Mill has been superbly restored over the past 20 years to a fully working Water Mill offering keen fishermen approximately 100 yards of single bank Trout and Salmon Fishing (steep access), (fly only). The fishing is to be by arraignment with the owner.
