A delightful modern terrace house in the medieval town of Lewes, positioned in a quiet leafy lane. Close to transport links and 10 minute walk into the town. Ideally situated for visiting Brighton, Eastbourne and the many great attractions of Sussex.

You could spend many days happily wandering around Lewes itself, visiting the castle, Anne of Cleaves House, antique shops, book shops, art galleries, cafes, and its many nooks, crannies and twittens.

Take in some awe inspiring walks on the South Downs and relax in one of the many cosy inviting pubs for a rewarding beverage.

The house is comfortably furnished and very well equipped. It can accommodate 5 people(occasional 6th)+ cot, in 2 double bedrooms, 1 single with extra pull-out bed. The main bedroom has far reaching views across the Ouse valley.

There is a spacious kitchen/diner, a separate laundry and the sitting room opens onto a sunny courtyard garden. There's a downstairs w.c. in addition to the family bathroom.
High standards of cleanliness and quality throughout. Linen and towels are included.

From the A23 take A27 signed to Lewes:
At the next round-about take the 1st exit. Turn right into Montacute Road. Immediate left. Road curves to right. Turn left into Barons Down Road. Follow road. Delaware Road on the right, DO NOT TURN, shortly after this Barons Walk is in an elevated position to the left. There are about 10 steps up to Barons Walk or you may park at the end of the lane walk approx 50m to house.
