Discounted Late availability prices on our website. 3 Night Break: £125 - 299 4 Night Break: £160 - 380 1 Week/Low Season: £395 1 Week/High Season: £795 Discounts are available for smaller familys on 7 night bookings if only using one or two bedrooms please ask. Short breaks can be booked between November and March, excluding Christmas, New Year and Easter. |

Travelling from the South: Leave M6 motorway at junction 32, join (M55)travel along the M55 until last junction(4). Follow signs for Airport along the A5230, keeping in the left lane and proceed across roundabout onto Progress way. Still following Airport signs (not Lytham St.Annes signs), continue along this road past airport until it changes into Squires Gate Lane(A5230) and you are facing the sea. Bear left at the lights and travel along this road A584 (Clifton Drive North), go through first set of lights and take 5th turning on the left (St. Leonard's road west)and the 2nd turning on your right (Chatsworth road), we are located the second house on the left. |
