Halton House is our much loved Edwardian town house with many period features and is spacious but cosy with that 'home from home' feel.

The front sitting room has a beautiful Art Nouveau fireplace with a labour saving living flame inset fire, with comfortable seating for cosy nights in. There is a second attractive reception room with French windows opening on to the rear courtyard. The large breakfast kitchen has all the conveniences you might expect and is fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. There is a separate dining room adjoining the kitchen.

The four bedrooms are one large double, one large twin (can be joined to make a kingsized bed) one single and one smaller double. There are two bathrooms: one upstairs with bath and another downstairs with shower.

The house is fully double glazed and has gas central heating with instant hot water.

The outside area to the rear is block paved making a large patio with summer house and can be used for barbeques or a spot of sun bathing.
