The cottage, which is located in the scenic area of Pairc, Lochs is an ideal base for hill-walking, fishing,bird-watching and scenic photography. It is centrally located, equidistant between the two main towns in the Western Isles - Stornoway and Tarbert.
Stornoway offers a range of shops, a local museum and art gallery, an arts centre hosting a range of events, a library, a new sports centre and a range of restuarants - both ethnic and Scottish (which showcase local produce). For the more adventurous, you can try surfing, diving, boat-trips, hiking and sailing.
