Strathspey holiday cottage is in the picturesque village of Strone, on the shore of Holy Loch near Dunoon, Argyll.

Situated in the Cowal Peninsula and within the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, the cottage is in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

It is a perfect place to spend your holiday and to be enchanted by the stunning views of the surrounding lochs, hills and glens.

Nearby facilities, include a village Post Office and general store, public house and 2 golf courses. Hill, forest and shore walks are just minutes from the door. Good restaurants, shops pubs and tourist amenities are within easy reach.

Directions

The village of Strone is easily accessible by road, rail, air or bus.
It is just over an hour by car from Glasgow or Prestwick Airports. A train to Gourock will bring you directly to the Caledonian MacBrayne ferry terminal that sails to the seaside town of Dunoon about 7 miles from Strone. Alternatively two miles south of Gourock the Western Ferry sails to Hunter's Quay about five miles from the cottage.
If you chose to travel by road the route from Glasgow is spectacular, taking in Loch Lomond, Loch Long, Loch Fyne and Loch Eck and finally to Strone on the shore of Holy Loch.
