Beautiful cottage in rural location 15 minutes drive from Jedburgh and 20 minutes from Hawick. Set in two acres of mature gardens enjoying superb scenery and views.

Accommodation comprises double and twin bedrooms, farmhouse style kitchen with 5 steps up to large sitting room, bathroom with pressure shower over bath, utility room with automatic washing machine and freezer.

The Steadings self catering cottage is the perfect place for a quiet relaxing break in the country, whilst only just over an hour away is Edinburgh, Carlisle and Newcastle. We are well placed for visiting the Border towns of Jedburgh (7miles), Hawick (10 miles), Kelso, Selkirk, and Melrose as well as Northumberland with Hadrian's Wall, Kielder Water and Forest and the towns of Hexham, Alnwick and Corbridge.

Turn left to Chesters 5 miles.

From Carlisle
Follow A7 to Hawick and take A698 to Bonchester Bridge and on to Chesters.

From the North:
Follow A68 south Through Jedburgh and on another 3 miles them turn right signed Chesters 5 miles.
