Built in 1800s the cottage was originally part of a coaching inn. Ttucked away close to the harbour in Whitby's conservation area.

Log burning stove and lots of original features, panelling and beams and original fireplaces. Recently refurbished and furnished to provide clean cosy atmospheric accommodation which is owner managed for the personal touch.

Light airy lounge with flat screen TV Sky,DVD/CD and library of books and games. Sunny original pine panelled south facing dining /kitchen with cast iton fireplace. Fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board. One flight of stairs to upper floor:
King size bed in main bedroom with sink basin and pine furniture, overlooks garden area. Bunk bedroom with TV, stripped pine Georgian window, pine furniture and cast iron fireplace.
A white suite is set in the original pine panelled bathroom, which overlooks the harbour. Electric shower, extractor fan.
Outside patio area.

Free on street parking outside. Pay and display car park 60 yards. Ideally placed for local real ale pubs, restaurants, local shop, art and craft galleries and award winning fish and chip restaurants.
