From The A30: Take the Stourton turn off onto the A386 towards Tavistock and follow road until you get into Mary Tavy. At the war memorial in Mary Tavy turn right into Chapel Lane then right again onto Brentor road. Follow this road across the moor until you reach Brentor Village. Spring Cottage is on the left opposite the church at the end of a row of terraced cottages. From Bedford Place Tavistock: Turn left at roundabout on Bedford Place then straight across mini roundabout up the hill. Follow this road until you pass the famous church on the Tor and Brentor Inn. Turn right where signposted for Brentor village. Turn right at the war memorial and Spring Cottage is 100 yards in the right, almost opposite the church. |
