Characterful stone cottage with original flagged floors, solid fuel Rayburn and stove. The lounge has a traditional leather suite, TV with DVD player, hifi with CD and tape players. Originally two separate cottages, there are two living rooms and two bedrooms with separate, fairly steep, staircases. One bedroom is a double, the other a twin.

The cottage has a an olde-worlde feel, although with modern conveniences of electric central heating. In the bathrooms there is a shower, toilet and handbasin. The double bedroom has an ensuite toilet and handbasin. The utility room has a washer/dryer, and the kitchen is small but equipped with microwave, coffee machine, electric cooker and toaster.

Outside is a secluded south-facing front garden with patio; garden furniture is provided. There is off-road parking for up to 2 cars.
