An enchanting 17th Century mid-terraced cottage in the village of Briston, just 4 miles from Holt and 8 miles from the North Norfolk coast. Full of character and charm this lovely cottage, which has recently benefitted from a complete and sympathetic renovation, offers exposed oak beams and a fantastic inglenook fireplace in the lounge.

Bedrooms - One Double and one Twin, both with full ensuite facilities.
A double sofa bed in the lounge, down stairs shower room, with wash basin and toilet, adjacent to utility area off the kitchen.

Full oil central heating with additional heating from the multi fuel burner in the sitting room. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, TV/Free view box, DVD/CD player. Small library of books, games, DVD's and CD's.

Fuel, power and a complimentary basket of logs for the multi fuel burner, included in the rent.

Bed linen and towels included in the rent.
High Chair, cot and stair gate available.

Enclosed patio area to the front of the cottage with garden furniture. Off road parking for three cars.

One well behaved dog welcome at an additional cost of £10 per week. A baby sitting service is available, price upon request.
