Little Barn is a barn conversion completed in March 2008 to a high standard and specification, retaining original features, but creating a light and comfortable living space.

The barn was originally constructed in 1784 and is believed to have been built with stone from a priory, which was previously on the site; a founding part of the village of Alvescot.
Little Barn formed part of Park Farm, which was broken up into lots in 2006.

The property consists of:

3 double bedrooms (one en-suite with shower).
A gallery capable of sleeping 2 additional people.
The main bathroom with roll top bath.
Utility room with sink and washer-dryer.
Downstairs WC.
A kitchen dining area.

The kitchen has granite worktops and includes a Rangemaster cooker, US-style fridge-freezer complete with filtered, cooled water and ice dispenser and a microwave.
An extend-able dining table seats up to 8 adults and a highchair is provided.

The living area includes a 32inch TV, PlayStation 2 games console and DVD player, together with a new (March 08) sofa suite.
Downstairs the flooring is Cotswold flagstones, with under floor heating.
Upstairs the floors are carpeted.

To the front is a patio. There is also space to park up to 4 cars.
To the side is a garden enclosed by a Cotswold dry stone wall..
