Within the grounds are shared facilities for all visitors: tennis court, barbecue area, games/laundry room, outside drying area and large parking area.
The games room has table tennis and darts. There is games equipment provided in the cottage. The laundry room has two washing machines and tumble driers operated by £1 coins.
The cottage consists of an open plan sitting room, dining and kitchen area with character beams. The sitting room has flat screen colour TV-DVD with freeview, CD-cassette-radio, books and games.
The fully-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, cooker, microwave-grill, coffee machines, children's crockery-cutlery (high chair also available). Heating is by storage heaters and included in the rental. The telephone is for incoming calls only.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The double room has a pine double bed, fitted wardrobes, hairdryer, colour TV/video and stunning views over the lush green farmland.
The small twin bedded room has two single beds and overlooks the pretty courtyard.
The bathroom has a WC and bath-shower. All bed linen is provided except for the travel cot.
