A newly renovated delightful original Weaver's cottage. This one bedroomed cottage on three floors can offer all the amenities you could want during you stay.

The fully fitted stylish kitchen features a ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine.
A comfortable Lounge with Television/DVD player lovely views and feature fireplace are all part of this old cottage.

It also sports an up to the minute Shower bath for that leisurely soak at the end of a satisfying day.

An unusual mezzanine off the bedroom for those who cannot bear to be parted from their Laptops is another unusual feature.

Take breakfast on the Patio overlooking the village and the hills beyond or perhaps end the day with a glass of wine whilst watching the swallows fly catching as the sun goes down.

For the comfort of all our Guests. Folly Too is a non smoking environment.
Off road parking available.

For those without transport we can provide on your behalf basic provisions. Just call to arrange.

Luddenden is situated in the beautiful Calder Valley and is surrounded by stunning scenery and places to visit. Hebden Bridge, Mytholmroyd and Todmorden to name just three.

This glorious area for walking makes Folly Too an ideal base. With the "Nellie" only a stones throw away, what better way can there be to enjoy the long days of summer, walking in breathtaking scenery then enjoying a quiet pint at the end of the day.

The Conservation Village of Luddenden is at its best during the spring and summer months when the village is awash with flowers as part of the Village in bloom competition.

Unfortunately because Folly Too is housed on three floors it is not suitable for anyone who is less mobile. It is also regretted that it is not suitable for children or dogs.

Keith and Gail Rowe have been fortunate enough to move from North Yorkshire to Luddenden earlier this year. They had for over twenty years run a successful Guest House in Pickering North Yorkshire but have now decided to slow down a little. Luddenden is the perfect place to do just that. Folly Too evolved because we wanted to be able to offer others the opportunity to enjoy this area. After a year of total renovation we consider we have achieved that aim by producing a comfortable and well equipped establishment.

Short Breaks 3 day minimum calculated at daily rate 20% of the weekly rate.


Travelling by car use Halifax as your orientation point. From Halifax pick up the A686 heading west towards Burnley. Approximately 5 miles from Halifax in Luddendenfoot turn right at the traffic lights onto Luddenden Lane. Follow this past the sign for the Lord Nelson Inn approximately 200 metres from here up the hill look for right turn sign posted to St Mary's Church. Folly Too is 200 metres down this road on the corner of Church Hill.
