Both bedrooms have ample wardrobe space.

There is shared use of a games room with table tennis, pool and gym equipment.

The property lies between the market towns of Farnham and Haslemere and nearby are hundreds of acres of National Trust wood and heathland, including Frensham Ponds, the Devil's Punch Bowl and Waggoner's Wells. Also nearby are many well known golf courses, e.g Hindhead, Liphook and Hankley Common.
Guildford is approximately 25 minutes by car.
