Emsworth with its shops, pubs, restaurants and harbourside walks and the terrific beaches at West Wittering and Hayling Island. There is something for everyone in the locality - gardens, historic houses, open countryside, watersports, horseriding and plenty of retail therapy.
The cottage is thoroughy cleaned before your arrival, and all linen and towels provided. (bring your own beach towels though) Some local produce is provided - bread and a cake from the Westbourne Bakery, free range local eggs, milk and flowers.
Lots of information provided on where to go and what to do, including maps and books. A small library of books, videos and DVD's provided.

Disabled Facilities: No. The cottage is approached by 5 steps up from the road, no wheelchair access avalable. Outdoor Facilities: Yes. South facing patio overlooking fields. Teak table and 4 chairs, Weber BBQ and sun lounger for the private sunbathing area. Local Services: The village has 4 pubs, an indian restaurant, fish and chip shop, cafe, well stocked Co-op/Post Office, Chemist, Buses and trains at nearby stations of Emsworth, Havant or Rowlands Castle.
