Luxury 4 and 5 star cottages, in Ceredigion, west Wales.
Escape the rat race....stay in a traditional Welsh farmhouse or one of the barn cottages set in 6 acres of Cambrian Mountain foothills, with spectacular views over the beautiful Teifi Valley.

The cottages are grouped around a landscaped courtyard surrounded by woods and meadows.
Converted from former farm buildings in 2003 the cottages have been graded by the Wales Tourist Board to the highest 4 and 5 Star grading.

All Cottages have the following included:

  • A welcome basket including local baked wholemeal bread, milk, tea, coffee and other local produce

  • A set of Penhalligon quality toiletries

  • Purified water from out mountain spring

  • Dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven/hob, liquidiser. toaster, kettle and a full range of crockery, cutlery and utensils

  • Washer/dryer (NB. Red Kite and Quarry Cottages have a shared washer/dryer faciity in a sepatate building)

  • Widescreen colour digital TV (with integral stereo radio), DVD and CD player a selection of DVDs are also available

  • Wireless broadband internet access in some cottages.

  • Woodburning stove and full central heating (fule at no extra charge, except if required during summer. First basket of logs free

  • Soft towels and quality bed linen

  • Garden or terrace with garden furniture and barbeque

  • Cot, highchairs and stairgates available on request at no extra charge

  • No smoking in the cottages (by law) No pets are allowed

    N.B. Some of the cottages hav low or sloping ceilings, beams and doors.
