Delightful 3 bedroomed Victorian cottage set in 1/4 acre of well tended gardens. The cottage has recently been renovated and redecorated to a high standard and provides character accommodation, which is attractively furnished in a cottage style and very well equipped.

Sleeping 4/5 in one downstairs double, one upstairs twin and
one upstairs single bedroom with daybed, freeview TV and Playstation- ideally suitable for a child.

Also has an open fire and woodburning stove.

Situated 5 mins walk from the Staithe and Hickling Broad, with its seasonal shop, pub and launch facilities.

*BEWARE- as is in keeping with most old cottages, the cottage has quite a steep traditional Norfolk winder staircase.*

The cottage is strictly a pet free and smoke-free zone.
