  • Romantic Luxury Farm Cottage for two in Haven of Peace and Tranquility
  • Idealy placed fifteen minutes from Canterbury, Ashford, and Faversham and half an hour from Dover port and the Channel Tunnel Terminal. London is a one hour train ride from Fabersham

This romantic old property dating we believe from the 17th. century, has been renovated to a very high standard and opened in March 2007. It is flanked on one side of the farmyard by a thatched barn and on the other by a traditional 17th century Kentish farmhouse.

The centrally heated accommodation is open plan and comprises a bedroom with a Queen size double bed, a lounge with sofa, easy chair, coffee table, TV/DVD player, Radio/CD, fully equipped Kitchenette/Diner with Electric Oven and Gas Hob, Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Sink and drainer. There is a separate luxury bathroom with shower area, bath, washbasin and w.c. A washing machine/dryer is also situated in this room.

Outside, between the cottage and the thatched barn, there is a small paved garden area with garden furniture and a barbecue.

Bedlinen and towels are included in the rental. Electricity and Gas are free of charge.

Welcome Packs
We provide a welcome pack to greet your arrival which comprises some tea, coffee, sugar, a pint of milk, a loaf of bread, some butter and jam. We can also provide you with extra welcome packs as follows.

Parking for one car is provided on hard standing next to the cottage
We regret that, as this is a working farm with sheep and horses, we cannot accommodate pets.
