Harbour Breeze is situated above Brixham and has stunning views over the harbour and coastline beyond.

The house has been renovated re-carpeted and decorated over the winter of 2007/2008.

There are 3 bedrooms, one twin and two double rooms. The main double bedroom has its own ensuite room and ensuite shower room. There is a family bathroom, separate cloakroom with toilet and washbasin.

On the top floor there is an open plan living room that has a built in modern fully fitted kitchen with cooker, hob, fride, freeze and microwave. This room has a granite and beech dining table for 6 plus a 2 piece leather reclining suite. There is a 32inch wall mounted flat screen TV with harddrive for recording TV programmes. There is also a Hi Fi.
