A two double bedroomed semi detached holiday vacation house sleeping 4 for hire,in a small village, Epping Green between Epping and Harlow in the Essex countryside, but only 16 miles from London, ideal for business or holidays. No DSS, pets or smokers.
Conveniently situated for M25/M11/M1 motorway links, under an hours drive from Heathrow and Gatwick and 25 minutes from Stansted and City Airports.
Central Line tube 3.5 miles at Epping 40 minutes to central London.
The village is in a great location for those wishing to visit London which is a 40 minute ride on the tube from Epping or by train from Harlow, Cambridge is a 40 minute drive away or 30 minutes by train from Harlow, Constable Country is 1.5 hours drive away, Oxford 2 hours.
The village is located close to Epping Forest and has many pleasant walks nearby, we also have 2 village pubs serving food within 150 metres of the house, ideal for holidays or business.
Non reserved parking outside off the main road.

From London and the South: From the M25 take the M11 northbound to Harlow and Stansted, leave the M11 at J7 ( Harlow A414) Leave at Junction 7 keep to the left hand lane and follow the signs for Epping (B1393), Mc Donalds will be on your left, about 3/4 mile after passing the first petrol station,and immediately before the second petrol station turn right into Upland Road, stay on this road ( watch your speed,tight bends and narrow) follow the signs for Epping Green and Roydon, (B181) After about 3 miles you will enter the village, keep going until you see the bus shelter and telephone box on your left, after the phone box take the second left signed Elm Close . Albert House is number 27 the first house on your right as you enter the road From Cambridge and the North: M11 southbound, leave at Junction 7 ( Harlow A414) follow signs for Epping as below Leave at Junction 7 keep to the right hand lane at the lights and follow the signs for Epping and Harlow After passing the London bound M11 slip road take the left hand lane and follow the signs for Epping (B1393), Mc Donalds will be on your left, about 3/4 mile after passing the first petrol station, and immediately before the second petrol station turn right into Upland Road, stay on this road (watch your speed,tight bends and narrow) follow the signs for Epping Green and Roydon, (B181). After about 3 miles you will enter the village, keep going until you see the Travellers Friend PH, the bungalow is approx 50 yds past on your right, there is normally a motor home parked outside, your allotted parking space is in front of the bungalow window. From London on the B1393 formerly A11: As you approach Epping look for the Hotel (Quality Inn) on your left just past the traffic lights, after passing the hotel take the first left at the mini r/a B182 (B181) towards Epping Green and Roydon, stay on the B181 until you see the Travellers Friend as above. NB. when using a road map be aware ,there are 2 Epping Greens within 15 miles , make sure you are looking at Essex NOT Herts. |
