The barn benifits from under floor heating, vaulted beemed ceilings, a wood burning stove in the lounge and an open plan kitchen dinning room with integrated fridge freezer and full size dishwasher a range cooker and microwave. There is a seperate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The barn has a large enclosed garden and private parking for 3 cars. Each of the three double bedrooms accommodates two guests, and there is also a bedsettee in the lounge.
Herons Well is 5 minutes from Junction 2 on the M53 motorway and is the ideal location for visiting Liverpool, Chester and North Wales. There is windsurfing, sailing, horse riding and numerous golf courses close by and The Royal Liverpool Golf course is 5 minutes away: you can be at Aintree Race Course, Everton or Liverpool stadia in 30 minutes.
