Situated only 4 miles from junction 26 M1 motorway, very near East Midlands airport and mainline train station. 4 miles from Pheonix Park, terminus for new Nottingham tram.

Ideal location for tourists seeking a central location.
D H Lawrence lived in the house as a child and it is the setting for his novel Sons and Lovers. The area is steeped in Lawrence locations.
Heating is by way of night storage radiators in the bedrooms and kitchen which are free to use. Electric fire in the lounge and fan heater in the kitchen together with imersion heater for hot water the cost of which is payable loacally.

From junction 26 M1 motorway:
End of slip road turn left onto A610 By pass. Come off at second exit Eastwood. Up slip road to traffic island, right back over by pass to top of hill to traffic lights.Stay in nearside lane down the hill and turn right into Greenhills Road at bottom of hill. Take fourth right and house is at top of small road.
