The cottage is Edwardian and attached to North Manor House, an 18th century building. This is a single cottage operated by the owner.

The cottage offers comfortable 2 bedroom accommodation. The kitchen/diner is well equipped, with fridge, washing machine with condenser dryer, microwave, electric hob and oven. The lounge has gas fire, central heating, Freeview digital television and video.

There is secure parking beside the cottage. The garden has a drying line and tables and chairs. It is quiet and pleasant for a town site.

Somerfield supermarket is one minute away. The beach, river and High Street are a short walk. Guests often make use of the public library a few yards away. The bus routes are excellent with direct buses to Yarmouth, Norwich and Lowestoft.
