Malston Mill Farm is a unique holiday venue which is personally managed by Tony and Linda Gresham, whose obvious love of gardening and tasteful attention to detail ensures you an enjoyable holiday.

Six luxurious cottages, set in 16 acres of beautiful Devon Countryside overlooking a well-stocked 1 acre lake, are furnished to an high standard.

Original features including millstones, mill working, old oak beams, exposed stone and brickwork have been retained to maintain the character of the property.

Facilities include indoor and out door swimming pools, outdoor jacuzzi, exersise room, infra red sauna, tennis, outdoor children's play area, snooker/pool room, games area and coarse fishing.

Directions

Follow A38 towards Plymouth. On passing Ashburton take the next exit marked Totnes and Kingsbsridge. Follow the river Dart along the A384. On reaching Totnes turn right at the traffic lights onto A381 signed Kingsbridge. Proceed along this road for Apporox. 12 Miles. On entering Kingsbridge exit on the Darmouth road A379. Follow this road for Approx. 1 mile along the estuary. At the bridge over the estuary turn left (do not go over bridge)Follow this road for exactly two miles. On completion of 2 miles this will bring you to the top of a hill. At crossroads see signpost Malston Mill, turn left, it is a no through road Malston Mill Farm is the last property on the right.
