Shepherds Fold is a 2-bedroom cottage offering comfortable accommodation for 4 people. Original beams, slate flooring and fireplace of this 16thC Listed cottage have been restored and are complemented by central heating and luxury interior furnishing.

A flat screen TV, a DVD player and combined CD/cassette/radio are provided. The fitted kitchen includes integrated fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. A full range of cookware is provided, as well as quality crockery and cutlery.

A small conservatory provides a peaceful space to read and is a useful additional space for children to play.

The small terraced garden is well stocked with mature shrubs and offers a delightful space for al fresco dining.

There are 2 bedrooms, both furnished with co-ordinated soft furnishing and antique pine furniture. The first room has a double bed and the second, two singles.

The bathroom has been recently refitted and includes an electric shower over the bath.

The cottage is located on a quiet lane with very limited through traffic and within a 3-minute stroll from all the restaurants and shops.

A number of established and much-loved walks, such as Troutbeck over Wansfell, start within yards of the front door.
