Lindon Park is a tastefully decorated detached single storey cottage in a peaceful countryside location, yet close to the beaches and amenities of the popular resorts of Saundersfoot and Tenby.

Ideal for children, with a lovely garden paddock area for them to play in, or visit Folly Farm with its wealth of popular animals. For older children there are any more attractions within a short drive including Oakwood Theme Park and Heatherton Country Sports Park.

The village pub and shop are less than a mile away and the helpful owners reside within the cottage grounds. Please note this is a no smoking property.

Equipment: The front room has Satellite TV, DVD player, music center and a Multi-fuel burner for logs and coal. The double bedroom has small colour TV and furnished with Pine bed and wardrobes with laminate flooring.

The twin room has pine beds with laminate flooring and built in wardrobe. The dining room has an oil fired Rayburn and a pine wood table and tiled flooring which is continued into the kitchen which has a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, conventional electric fan assisted oven with ceramic hob and a washing machine. The bathroom has a small whirlpool bath and has a tiled laminate floor. The oil fired Rayburn heats the water and radiators. A charge of £15 per week.

All bedding including pillows and duvets for both the double and twin rooms. A travel cot is provided as well as a high chair.

Accommodation Facilities:
Electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, television/Sky, DVD player, towels for hire @ £5 per person per week.

Ground Floor - Sitting room, dining room with Rayburn, kitchen, bathroom/whirlpool corner bath/WHB/WC, double room, twin room.

Lindon Park is approached via a lane the width of which is one car and a half. The drive has a 30 degree slope and a width of 275cm. At the entry to the house there is a step measuring 14.00cm and the front door frame is 7.0cm high. At the back door there is a step 15.00cm and the door frame is 7.0cm. The accommodation is all on one level.

There are no lifting devices in the bathroom and no handles. The door frames in all rooms are standard width and height.

Outdoor Facilities: No. Large gardens to the front and rear.
