Attractive 2 bedroomed cottage situated adjacent to the river Hamble in the Hampshire sailing village of Warsash.

The cottage is located within a conservation area and is a grade ll listed ex-fisherman's home.

The bedrooms enjoy views towards the Solent and Isle of Wight. The extensive accommodation comprises:
Entrance lobby; large sitting room with log burner, TV/DVD/video. A dining area with seating for 6.
A modern fitted kitchen complete with oven/hob/extraction, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, extensive range of cookware and cooking utensils.

Twin 1st floor bedroom with pine furniture.
Double 2nd floor bedroom with pine furniture.
Bathroom with shower over bath; separate WC; private enclosed courtyard garden.

The cottage enjoys central heating throughout. We happily accept well behaved pets and have a no smoking policy.
