The front garden, with its secluded patio, overlooks the brook with the willows and the Nene way long distance foot path. 2.5 miles to golf course and town.

Spacious double bedroom with vaulted beamed ceiling, king size bed, good wardrobe space with iron and ironing board.

The living room has open beams, oak floors, inglenook fireplace, spacious living accommodation with TV, DVD and radio. Gets the warm evening light through the large front windows. Newly build air-conditioned conservatory with beautiful oak floors and dining area. Sunny relaxing room as an extension of the kitchen, leading to the patio.

Short breaks are available at £70.00 per night for three nights or more, or £80.00 per night for weekends. or less than three nights.
For Winter lets, longer than one month 25% discount.



Directions

By Car From the East:
On the A1, look for the sign to Oundle/Northampton (nr Peterborough) and follow the A605 (Approx 10 miles), then follow signs to Barnwell.

From the North West:
At the end of the M6 follow signs for Corby A14, leave at junction 13 and follow signs to Oundle and then signs to Barnwell.

From the South:
If using the M1 from the London area, leave at junction 15 and follow signs to the east towards Peterborough on the A605. At Thrapston please follow signs to Barnwell.
When arriving in Barnwell please see village map.

By Train:
The nearest train stations are KETTERING, WELLINGBOROUGH and PETERBOROUGH. Taxis from these stations cost approx £30.00.

Nearest airports are LUTON, BIRMINGHAM or STANSTEAD. Then either take a train or use car hire.
