Braeside Mews is set in an enviable location less than 300yds from Goodrington Beach and coastal footpath.

Arranged over 3 levels the house comprises a kitchen/dining area on the ground floor with TV, dishwasher, washing machine etc. There is also a cloakroom. On the first floor is the family bathroom and lounge with doors leading onto the balcony. There is a TV with DVD/Video, and double sprung bed-settee. On the second floor is the master bedroom with en-suite shower room, and bedroom two.
There is one allocated parking space.

Just behind Goodrington beach you will find the Water Park - Quay West, Grand Prix Go Karts, amusements, miniature golf, and boating lake with Bumper Boats.

Paignton Harbour is only a short walk away where you can take a boat trip to countless locations. The town offers a shopping area, multiplex cinema, and an Award Winning beach with Pier. From here you can also take a trip on the famous Paignton-Kingswear steam railway.

There are lots of pubs and restaurants to choose from catering for all tastes.

Dartmouth and the fishing town of Brixham are all close by and Torquay, with it's pavement cafes and nightlife, is just 3 miles away.
