The lounge is an open plan arrangement, with a patio door giving magnificent views over a recreational area and the mountains beyond. A large screen TV and DVD provide entertainment. A breakfast bar with stools for less formal eating looks onto the fully fitted and integrated kitchen area which includes oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. A dining table with four chairs is laid out for more formal eating.
The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe and en suite shower room. The second room is a twin arrangement, an additional single bed is available on request. A travel cot is available for infants. We also have a seperate bathroom. Gas Central Heating system provides heat and lovely hot water. Aspen 198 is an ideal base for any outdoor enthusiast wishing to take advantage of all available in the area whilst remaining independant. Families too can appreciate the comfortable surroundings and the many activities available in the local area.

Aspen 198 is situated at the North end of Aviemore 1.2 miles from the Train Station. It is within easy walking distance or short drive of all shops, restaraunts, bars etc. How to Find the Apartment Travelling North on the A9 (Perth to Inverness): Take the turn off for Aviemore (B9152). Travel through Aviemore to the North End and take the last turning to the right into the Lochan Mor Estate. Continue along to the roundabout and take a right. Turn into the parking area to the right and find the space ahead marked 32. The apartment is situated on the first floor of the block immediately to your left. Travelling South on A9 (Inverness to Perth): Take the turn off for Aviemore and Carrbridge (B9152). Take the first left into Lochan Mor Estate immediately you enter the 30 mile limit of Aviemore. Continue along to the roundabout and take a right. Turn into parking area to right and find the space ahead marked 32. The apartment is situated on the first floor of the block immediately to your left. |
